1. Who we are
Snap Page is a service operated by Snap Page Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Snap Page provides hosted website pages and related tools for UK sole-trader tradespeople. We do our best to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Subscription and payment
Your subscription is £15 for the first month and £25 per month from the second month onwards, paid in advance via card. Card details are required at signup and the first £15 is charged immediately. Subsequent monthly payments of £25 are taken automatically on the same date each month.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your website remains live until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for cancelled months.
5. Refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not generated significant enquiries, we will refund the most recent payment on request to hello@snappage.co.uk.
6. Domains
Domains registered through Snap Page remain registered in your name (or your trading name) and are transferrable on request.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to publish content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, hateful or that impersonates another business. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days in advance.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
