What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, trade, location, services, bio, profile photo) so we can build your website. Customer enquiries submitted via your website. Anonymous view counts for your dashboard analytics. Card details processed via Stripe — we never see your full card number.
Where it's stored
All data is stored on Supabase (EU region) with row-level access controls. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (UK/EU). Transactional email is sent via Resend.
What we share
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors that operate the service on our behalf (Supabase, Stripe, Resend). Your published website is public by design.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@snappage.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation for legal/accounting purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
